A Product Guarantee That is Rarely Used but Always Honored
Jewels by Park Lane offers one of the best product guarantees in the business. In fact, the jewelry is so well made --- and loved --- the company rarely receives returns. But if a jewelry item does need to be replaced within the first 120 days after purchase, the customer simply sends it back to the company along with the validated receipt and the customer replacement form. After 120 days, customers pay only a $5 per item handling fee. For watches, there is a $12 fee after 30 days. It's that simple and that good.
